UIC Technical Services (UICTS), formerly known as Bowhead Technical and Professional Services, is a multi-million-dollar Alaska Native holding company owned by Ukpeaġvik Iñupiat Corporation (UIC) of Barrow, Alaska. UICTS's reputation for excellence as a contractor has allowed us to grow and offer a wide variety of support services.
