To be eligible to participate in the complete benefits package, employees must work at least 30 hours per week. Benefits take effect on the first day of the month following the date of hire, or on the date of hire if coinciding with the first of the month. Part-time employees (working less than 30 hours per week) are eligible to participate in the 401(k) program and Employee Assistance Program.
