Section 125 Plan

Section 125 Premium Savings Plan - Participation in the Premium Savings Plan permits employees to have their salary reduced by the exact amount of any premium contribution required. The result is lower taxable income and subsequently, less tax burden

Flexible Spending Accounts

• Carrier: CBIZ
• A Flexible Spending Accounts Plan (FSA) enables eligible employees to
pay for certain un-reimbursed health care and/or certain dependent day-
care expenses with pre-tax earnings. By setting aside part of your salary to
cover eligible expenses, you avoid paying federal, state (except in NJ and
PA) and FICA taxes o­n that income effectively saving approximately 25%
to 40% (depending o­n your tax bracket) o­n those expenses.

• Full-time and Part-time employees eligible

• Salary Deferrals -- Up to 100% of your annual compensation, not to
exceed the IRS limit, adjusted annually
