Terry Moore

Vice President of Operations 

Terry W. Moore is a native of Wilmington, North Carolina and a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Mr. Moore is a 30 year veteran of the United States Navy with service in Viet Nam and Desert Storm. Following retirement from the United States Navy, Mr. Moore has been a member of the Dahlgren defense contractor community for the past 17 years. Since 2005, in support of the Bowhead family of companies, Mr. Moore has acted as the Vice President of the Dahlgren Division and, most recently, as the President of Program Management and Operations Group.

Cary Randolph

Vice President of Operations, Southeast; Vice President of Systems and Technology Group 

Cary Randolph is responsible for managing business process and activities, day-to-day oversight and support of operations, customer relations, leadership initiatives, and financial success. He has extensive operational and financial experience with over two decades providing services to the Federal Government. He is also a member of the UICGS Executive Council.

Mr. Randolph was formerly Vice President of Agile Operations at Bowhead, starting in November 2012. As an Operational Vice President, Mr. Randolph was responsible for Operations Management, Executive Presentation, Strategic Planning, Business Development, Proposal Development, Budget Development, Management, Team Building, Training and Leadership for the Agile Operational Unit. Under his leadership, Agile Operations received certification in CMMI Level III for Services and ISO/IEC 20000-1: 2011 certifications. At the time of certification, Bowhead was only one of 31 US companies to receive a CMMI-SVC Level III.

Justin Corrigan

Vice President of Logistics and Marine Group

Mr. Justin J. Corrigan has been with the UIC family of companies since 2004. Justin joined the company after serving
9 years in the US Army with four OCONUS deployments to include mission support for KFOR and OIF 2003. He held progressive and various leadership positions in the Non Commissioned Officer Corps throughout his time in service. Mr. Corrigan began service in the UIC family of companies as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic for support operations at Fort Hood, Texas. Since his hire in 2004, he has held positions of increasing responsibility to include Site Manager, Project Manager, Program Manager, Director of Operations, General Manager, Vice President of Strategy and Business Development, and Vice President of Maintenance. Mr. Corrigan’s strengths include strategic thinking, organizational development, team leadership, solution management and issue resolution.

Mr. Corrigan keeps active in his local community through church, fraternal organizations, and Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America (IAVA).

Tim Howell

Vice President of Manufacturing and Products Group

Mr. Howell is a business executive with over 35 years in Manufacturing, managing programs from development through their entire life cycle. He is a leader of Lean practices and continuous improvement with recognized successes in production and field sustainment. Mr. Howell has managed facilities and operations with full turnkey capabilities ranging from metal and composite fabrication, electronic and mechanical assembly, system integration and product and environmental testing. His background includes successes in program management, technology transfer, material and process sourcing, production, operations analysis, lean manufacturing and sustainment to include Contract Logistics Support, Integrated Logistics Support, Field Service, and Overhaul & Repair.

Mike Hundley 

Vice President of Program Management and Operations Group

Mike Hundley brings more than 27 years of experience to our team, Mr. Michael Hundley is responsible for the Program Management and Operations (PMO) Business Line contracts for all Bowhead companies. Such activities include systems engineering, acquisition management, program office support, and test and evaluation support. Mr. Hundley specializes in serving DoD customers, including the U.S. Navy and Army, and he has also served multiple commercial customers throughout the course of his career. Specifically, Mr. Hundley has participated as an active member of the Naval Surface Warfare Center contracting community supporting Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin, and Computer Sciences Corporation since 1989. Mr. Hundley has a degree in Business Administration and his  professional background includes a focus in engineering, information technology, business operations, and strategic planning.  In previous positions with Bowhead, Mr. Hundley served as a Vice President, Director of Operations, and Business Development Director.

Gregory A. Garrett

Vice President of Information Technology Group

Gregory A. Garrett has over 25 years of experience in complex aerospace, information technology, telecommunications, satellite communications, cyber security, software development, and professional services contracts and programs worldwide.

Mr. Garrett served as a highly decorated USAF Military Officer for over 20 years in both active duty and reserves. He served as a Program Manager for $300 Million in Information Technology and satellite communication programs at Space Systems Division, Los Angeles AFB, CA, Contracting Officer for $15 Billion in aerospace and IT contracts at Aeronautical Systems Division at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, Professor of Contracting Management and Program Management at the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology, OH, and as a Senior IT Acquisition Action Officer, HQ USAF The Pentagon.

He is also a Best-Selling Author of 22 published business books and 100+ published business articles. He is a Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Michele Rambo

Senior Director of Finance

Ms. Rambo brings nearly 25 years of experience in Accounting and Finance and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. She has spent most of her career working in the government services industry and brings extensive experience in all aspects of accounting and finance. She has served in high-level positions at companies such as DAI, Kroll, ENSCO, Deltek, and Whitney Bradley & Brown.

Bob Johnson

Vice President, Business Development and Capture

Mr. Johnson manages the capture of new business and retention of existing customers, to achieve revenue targets by guiding the efforts of the business development staff and Business Acquisition Processes across the 6 operational groups.

Mr. Johnson has over 37 years experience in DoD and Industry serving in ever-increasing roles and responsibilities. He Joined UIC in 2011 where he served as President of Bowhead Professional Solutions. As President, he was responsible for the development and implementation of Information Technology (IT) Infrastructure solutions supporting classified and unclassified operations for DoD and Federal Government customers. Mr. Johnson is a retired U.S. Army  Lieutenant Colonel and combat veteran, who served over 20 years on active duty. He has held command positions at various levels in operational organizations and top DoD management positions as Director of a Joint Service (DoD) acquisition program office and Deputy Director of a $1Billion+ major DoD program. After retirement from the Army, Mr. Johnson served in the Industry where he managed various large Information Technology programs in support of the DoD, Intelligence Community, and other Government Agencies.
