UIC Technical Services (UICTS) Announces Anton Geisz as New President of Bowhead Information Technology Service

WASHINGTON, D.C., UIC Technical Services (UICTS) announced that Anton “Andy” Geisz has joined the company as President of Bowhead Information Technology Service (BITS), a BTPS subsidiary. BITS provides a wide range of technical and professional services such as information technology services, weapon systems acquisition, supply and logistics support as well as program management and administrative support services.

BITS is headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, but performs work throughout the continental United States which is managed from its four divisional offices located in Virginia (Naval Surface Warfare Center- Dahlgren, Fort Eustis), Maryland (Naval Air Systems Command), Washington, D.C. (Walter Reed Army Medical Center), and Florida (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center).

In his new role, Geisz will lead the company’s long-term growth strategies which include cost effective business solutions to meet the evolving demands of this growing company. Geisz will report to BTPS CEO Geraldine “Gerrie” L’Heureux.

"His federal government contracting knowledge along with his engineering expertise will be an incredible benefit to both our company and our customers. We are excited to have Andy as part of our leadership team." Prior to joining BITS, Geisz was a senior vice president and deputy to the president for ManTech Systems Engineering Corporation. Geisz has held executive positions with JJM System, Inc., and technical positions at American Electronic Laboratories, and RCA.

He is a graduate of Drexel University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. He later earned an Executive Master of Business Administration, at the University of Maryland University Collage, Adelphi, Maryland.
