Bowhead Science and Technology, LLC Receives Contract Award for $41 Million from Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division (NAWCAD)

Washington, D.C., September 11 - Bowhead Science and Technology, LLC (BST) announced today that it has received a contract award for $41 million to provide program management support to the Program Manager, Air (PMA) 275 V-22 Joint Program Office (JPO). The work for this contract will take place at NAWCAD in Patuxent River, Maryland.

BST is known for its expertise in program management support and assistance. The company has proven capabilities in the area of program management for major aviation Acquisition Category (ACAT) programs for the Naval Air Systems Command, as well as support for Unmanned Air Systems for the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps.

"BST and its team is proud to be able to continue our support to the Naval Air Systems Command and PMA 275 providing weapons acquisition management support as well as logistics and technical support to the V-22 Osprey," said Richard Ryan, BST president. "We have been supporting the Naval Air Systems Command for over 10 years and the V-22 for eight years. We look forward to continuing our support to the V-22 Osprey team and the warfighters that fly and maintain this aircraft around the world."
