| Bowhead provides program management services in support of NAVSEA. The SeaPort-e IDIQ MAC contract allow Bowhead to provide NAVSEA-wide, consistent procurement process which allows NAVSEA to leverage quality and cost control and work requirements for its Directorates, PEOs, and field activities. This contract include all aspects of professional support services and engineering, technical, and programmatic support services through all phases of ship and weapon system life cycle - technology development, concept exploration, design, specification development, construction/production, test and evaluation, certification, operation, maintenance, improvement/modernization, overhaul and refueling, salvage and disposal.
